Welcome to a piece of paradise in Sarasota Florida, called “Shellmate Island”!

On this 1.5 acre gem, Shellmate Island has some of the best home grown organic fruit you will find in Sarasota depending on the time of the year, candy sweet mango, small sweet bananas, massive avocados, and even a gigantic mulberry tree!

I build this land for it to be a completely private getaway from the surrounding areas and close to Siesta beach (rated #1 beach in the USA multiple years in a row) and close to downtown Sarasota’s top local restaurant! Wildlife is abundant on this piece of land, whether there are turtles laying their eggs for the season, fishing, or even exotic birds making a pit stop before heading next door to the bird sanctuary that is located on the same 19 acre lake, you’re bound to encounter some type of Florida Wildlife!

Now for the tiny house, the structural design of the home was made by a company called Deltec Homes. Its unique octagon shape and custom truss system has given this home design a 99.9% success rate in the last 50 years to all major category 5 hurricanes throughout the world, making this the strongest tiny house on a foundation in the world! This 320 sq ft foot tiny house has big windows to let as much natural light in it to open up the space. Its octagon design with vaulted ceilings makes this tiny home feel bigger than what is on paper!
